"The desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul. No matter our talents, education, backgrounds, or abilities, we each have an inherent wish to create something that did not exist before." President Dieter F. Uchtdorf

Travel Purse.....OR what they call a passport purse.

I made it through a fun, sometimes stressful, trip (thanks to traveling with a 3 year old and a 8 week old)......to Nauvoo, Illinois.  Never heard of that place???  Click here

I needed a small purse so I made this for my trip:
It worked super great as a passport purse even though I didn't need a passort.....I just needed something small to hold some cash, sunglasses, my phone and important papers close by instead of  loosing them at the bottom of a big diaper bag.  This was great for the airport....I was in several of them for this trip :)

I wish I had a step by step for you to make one for yourself.......but I did this late one night and came up with it as I went.  I would consider that LUCKY because it turned out better then I could have pictured it.
But if you like this purse......
You can check out instructions HERE

Both bags look great! I've made the buttercup bag and love how the pleats make it super expandable for all my purse junk! Glad you had a good trip!

Very cute! The bright colors make it even better. This would be good to make for all my girls when we travel, that way they could all match and keep their things close. Thanks! Lisa~
