"The desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul. No matter our talents, education, backgrounds, or abilities, we each have an inherent wish to create something that did not exist before." President Dieter F. Uchtdorf

Semi-Homemade Donuts

Fall time makes me think of Spice cake donuts.  Not sure why but it just does.
Well, I didn't have anything in my house to make those today but I
did have the stuff to make chocolate donuts :)
This is what I did to make our donuts:
Before leaving for church, I took frozen roll dough out of the freezer and put them into
muffin tins to thaw and rise. (spray the tins with Pam for easier removal)
This is what they looked like just 5 hours later!!
This was the best part.....my little one was able to "make the donuts" just by
taking a water bottle and making a whole for the middle. She thought she was some kind of cool inventor.

We cooked them up in our fry daddy, let them cool completly and then dipped them into melted chocolate chips and we let her add the sprinkles.
The best part about using frozen roll dough is that you only have to make a few at a time......that way you won't eat toooo many of them :)
Change it up: once they are out of the fryer, sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon
Super fun, Super easy and Super Yummy!!!
