I have added the rest of my small touches to the top of my shelf for Valentine's Day.
I made my Felt Heart Banner a few years back but to recap:
Cut circles out of felt, then cut hearts out of felt using pinking shears. Then use some spray adhesive to attach hearts to the circles. ( I added hearts to both sides so then it was finished on both sides. This is good to do if you wanted to hang the garland up in a different place). I then cut 2 small slits in the top of each circle and threaded some ribbon through each one to finish it off.
As for the other items I used:
XOXO frame (is a card) and heart bowl was a $1.00 from Target
