Fabric Scrap Hair Clips

**UPDATE**

 These are just another fun way of tackling that fabric scrap pile!  
Turn them, along with some jumbo snap clips into cute hair clips!

These also make the perfect birthday present.  
My daughter gave a few of them to a friend at a birthday party and all the other little girls loved them too!
