easy Last minute MINT BROWNIES

HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY!!

here is what I whipped up last minute this afternoon for a sweet treat for my family after dinner tonight:
1 pk of brownies....cook as directed
mint frosting: (from cooks.com)
1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 TB milk
1 tsp shortening
1/2 tsp pure mint or peppermint extract
3 drops of green food coloring

once the brownies cool completely, top with frosting and
drizzle with some chocolate syrup for a fun look.
Easy Treat!!
