HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY!!
here is what I whipped up last minute this afternoon for a sweet treat for my family after dinner tonight:
1 pk of brownies....cook as directed
mint frosting: (from cooks.com)
1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 TB milk
1 tsp shortening
1/2 tsp pure mint or peppermint extract
3 drops of green food coloring
once the brownies cool completely, top with frosting and
drizzle with some chocolate syrup for a fun look.
Easy Treat!!
These look really good! Not a huge mint/choc fan, but everyone around me LOVES it!
