Ok, I felt a lot little depressed yesturday. I looked outside and there was another 4 inches of snow in my front yard.....REALLY, I am so done with cold weather! I am craving warmer weather. My current pregnancy has not helped that situation much due to any time of day morning sickness and cabin fever but I can wish right. It reminded me to post a few of the things I have made latley, just a few things I hope will bring summer sooner :)
HEAVEN! I recommend you try it immediatley!! Don't wait until summer
Grill up some zucchini with olive oil, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Once it's browned sprinkle a little bit of parmesan cheese on top.
Tin foiled dinners.....with out the camp fire. Use everything that you would put in a normal tin foiled dinner. Potatoes, carrots, zucchini, corn, bacon (I recommend you cook this before hand), onion, garlic and meat balls (I do meatballs so the meat cooks faster) Then just line your cake pan with the foil, spray with pam and season with things you like then cover and cook. I did mine at 375* for 45 minutes or until your meat, potatoes and carrots are cooked through.
I hope these dinners will scare away any more snow!
Make sure to check out my other recipes for other dinner ideas.
Have a great "lovie" weekend everyone!
I am off to go deliver THIS to my husband at work..... I am soooo excited to give it to him :)

I am going to have to try the indoor foil dinner. Such a good idea!
I am so done with all the snow too! As a side note, I am working on my husband's 6-pack valentine's gift after seeing your post a while back. I send you a link when I finish. Thanks for the great idea!
I am right there with ya!!! Where is Spring??? HURRY UP!! Enough already with the snow!!! My grill outside is just so lonely! These recipes look awesome! Thanks for sharing!
LOVE the foil dinners! LEzlee
Yummmy!!! Great idea to use meatballs in the hobo-dinner! I never would have thought of that, I always hated putting raw meat next to all my veggies. Thanks to you my family will love this new rendition :)
Thats kinda cool. We make these in the fall in tinfoil in the oven with a chicken breast and whatever I dug out of the garden that day) and pretend that we're at a lake somewhere eating in front of a fire.
