Water Bottle Slings

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this idea. And for the past few days they have truly been life savers. There is nothing better then teaching the kiddos a little bit of responsibility....like carrying their own water. I have too, so why shouldn't they?? haha

The only thing I did differently is I did not add the elastic to the top. The pattern was great just the way it was and I felt the elastic would have made it harder for them to put their water back into the sling on their own. And they don't fall out. It even fits my daughters sippy cup just as well as a regular water bottle.

Even the Mr. in my house requested his own so I whipped up several more just to have on hand.

Oh, I found the fabric at Ikea on clearance. It's heavier and helps to keep the form of the sling.
